Luxury Palm Cove blocks up for grabs in Argentea development

first_imgMore from newsCairns home ticks popular internet search terms2 days agoTen auction results from ‘active’ weekend in Cairns2 days agoArgentea Palm Cove.“We put it to council and they said if that’s what the market says we’ll go to the market. It is a desirable product for residential.”Despite initial research indicating the estate would be best marketed to interstate buyers, Mr Dickson said the reality was far from that.“The majority of buyers are locals. About 70 per cent of our market are locals, with most moving from northern beaches,” he said. “We have four buyers in Palm Cove who going to relocate within the suburb. Some from Clifton Beach, Kewarra Beach.“And why wouldn’t you? Palm Cove is the jewel in the crown. You don’t find any stressed out people in Palm Cove.” Argentea Palm Cove. He said eight of the 800 sqm blocks close to the ocean were originally earmarked for resorts, restaurants and retail.“The previous stage of Argentea has 153 lots and 140 have houses on them. We are building the final 103 lots now,” he said“They are big premium lots. This Argentea land was not designed to be residential, but there is no demand for resorts, and no financial appetite from banks to support that. Argentea Palm Cove. Since Kerdic Homes first launched the estate there has also been a strong demand from the owner-occupier sector.“We put a stack of effort into design resulting in the average lot size of over 800 sqm,” Mr Dickson said.“People are worried about the rise of Airbnb and investors buying property and renting it out to different people all the time.”center_img THE last blocks with direct beach access in one of Cairns’ premier suburbs have been released and those snapping up are not who you might think they are. With the first stage of Argentea Palm Cove by Kerdic under way in June last year, a parcel of land separated from the beach by a piece of bushland has been converted to sought-after residential sites.Estate manager Bruce Dickson said there were only six parcels of undeveloped land on the ocean side of the highway at Palm Cove — two of those dominated by Argentea and Ocean’s Edge which is due for release soon.last_img read more

No fresh injury concerns at Palace

first_img Strikers Marouane Chamakh and Fraizer Campbell are both out with hamstring injuries while midfielder Jordon Mutch remains sidelined with a thigh strain. Eagles captain Mile Jedinak is also unavailable as he serves the last of a four-match suspension, with Palace looking to record their fourth win in five league matches. Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew has no fresh injury concerns ahead of his side’s Barclays Premier League match at home to Manchester City on Monday. “We will go on Monday night expecting to take the game to Man City,” Pardew added. “I don’t expect to beat them but I do expect us to push Man City and if we get ourselves in front this team could see it out. “If we get to 15 minutes to go and are still leading, this team is one of the few that could see Man City off.” Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini has warned his side must overcome a difficult obstacle at Palace to avoid losing yet more ground to their rivals. Fading champions City had to watch in frustration on Saturday, not only as Chelsea extended their lead at the top of the Barclays Premier League, but as Arsenal and Manchester United shunted them down to fourth. Slipping to such a position was not in the script when City pulled level with Chelsea on New Year’s Day and any further slips would increase the pressure on Pellegrini significantly. With the Manchester derby coming next week, City can ill afford to drop points at Selhurst Park on Monday but Pellegrini knows the Eagles have become a tough proposition under Pardew. Pellegrini said: “Maybe they are playing different. They are in a good moment and they are playing with a lot of trust. “With the other manager also Crystal Palace was a difficult team, but now they are playing at home.” City laboured to a 3-0 win over Palace at the Etihad Stadium in December, in what proved Neil Warnock’s penultimate match in charge. Pardew was appointed early in the new year and since then they have proved highly resilient, losing just three times in the Premier League and removing relegation fears. The Monday fixture has meant both sides have had to be patient for their return to action after the international break. It is a wait that could have been advantageous in terms of extra rest had their rivals lost over the weekend but Pellegrini claims it does not make any difference. The Chilean said: “I don’t think we have excuses about those things. We are going to play the last game of this matchday but that doesn’t matter. “It is not an excuse and not an advantage. All the national players arrived back on Wednesday – most of them – so every team had three or four days to prepare. It is not so important.” The Eagles still have four of the table’s top five teams to play and Pardew has challenged his side to carry their form against the lower teams into a game against one of the bigger sides. “One of the important games this season was against Arsenal when we tried to compete with them toe to toe and gave a very good account of ourselves against a top team,” Pardew said. “We have done very well against the teams that are in and around us and played well in those games. “Against the top teams – Southampton, Liverpool, Arsenal – we have been really close without toppling any of them. “So that is the next step for me and we have a great opportunity because we also have Man United as well as City at home and Chelsea and Liverpool away.” “One of those games I would like to think we can win.” City are hoping to close a six-point gap on league leaders Chelsea, who also have a game in hand. Palace lost 3-0 at the Etihad Stadium earlier this season but Pardew is optimistic his players can surprise the reigning champions. Press Associationlast_img read more

Liverpool’s Klopp hails Man Utd quality ahead of Premier League clash

first_imgRight-back Trent Alexander-Arnold (foot) and Joel Matip (broken collarbone) this week joined Joe Gomez (broken leg) on the injury list.Midfielder James Milner played at right-back recently and Nathaniel Clyne has returned to fitness but has barely featured since the beginning of last season.Klopp admits he may have to get creative but that is unlikely to involve spending in January.“A crisis is if you feel it is a crisis,” he said. “With Trent, it’s not as serious as with the other two boys, but of course it’s not top-class news, that’s clear.”A back problem restricted Clyne to just five appearances in the final few weeks of last season and his injury issues have continued into the current campaign but his return to full training is timely.“Clyne is a very experienced player,” said Klopp. “Is it perfect? No. But is he experienced enough to do it? Yes, 100 percent.“We have other options so we will not push Clyney after not the longest spell of training.“As long as we have options everything is fine. If we don’t have the obvious option any more then we need to be creative.”Share on: WhatsApp London, United Kingdom | AFP | Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp says Manchester United have “unbelievable quality” despite their struggles this season, playing down his own team’s growing injury problems ahead of Sunday’s Premier League clash.Liverpool are top of the Premier League heading into the weekend fixtures, 16 points ahead of Jose Mourinho’s side, but the Klopp is taking nothing for granted.“I was never interested in the points of Manchester United and I am not today,” he said on Friday.“I am aware of the criticism and stuff but when we analyse them and switch off the sound there is a lot of quality.“There is speed, technique, physical strength, pretty much everything. They still have (David) de Gea in goal, unbelievable. They have strikers they can switch between (Marcus) Rashford, (Romelu) Lukaku, (Jesse) Lingard, (Anthony) Martial, unbelievable quality.”Mourinho has been wrestling with the problem of how to get the best out of midfielder Paul Pogba, who has not been in the starting line-up for the past two Premier League matches.Klopp was asked whether he thought United were better with or without the World Cup winner but said he would not comment beyond calling him a “world-class player”.He said he is unlikely to make a move during the January transfer window after insisting his mounting injury problems in defence are not a crisis.last_img read more

Santo Pezzutti Turns 90, Full Speed Ahead

first_imgBy Art PetrosemoloSanto Pezzutti is a well-known, respected, local artist listed in the prestigious Who’s Who in American Art. He has had three major shows in the past two years while also working as a free-lance art director. And somehow Pezzutti finds time for his other passion, sailing. He has been the Sanderling fleet champion at the Monmouth Boat Club for more than a decade and always a fierce competitor on the water. The eye-opener, however, is he is doing this at 90 when most people are happily retired or happy to get out of bed every day. Pezzutti shows no sign of slowing down as he approaches his milestone birthday June 2. He is one busy nonagenarian.Pezzutti was born in Italy in a family of five children; he has a sister, 83, and a brother, 65. Pezzutti came to the United States just before turning 6, settling with his family in Passaic. His dad, a stonemason, moved the family after World War I, looking for work and opportunities for his children. When asked about his artistic ability and when he began to enjoy art, Pezzutti laughs. “Because I was still learning the English language in kindergarten,” he says, “I spent an extra year there before moving on to first grade. One of the things the teachers did to keep me busy was provide me an easel and paint. It both kept me busy and got me started.”Today, Pezzutti paints several times each week and has three or four projects under way at any one time. He paints in all mediums on all surfaces. Although he is best knows for his semi-impressionistic portraits, Pezzutti says that recently he is painting what he wants to paint and has been focusing on boats and nautical scenes.“Great painters never retire,” says his daughter Carol, herself a respected portrait artist. “What would they retire to?” she says with a smile.Santo Pezzutti, an artist and a sailor, with one of his paintings.Critics comment that Pezzutti brings to his paintings the joy of the outdoors with a clarity and freshness that depicts his enthusiasm for the world around him. They say his bold contrasts of unique color combinations express intense emotion.Pezzutti, many times, uses thinned down paint, which can be partly transparent, like watercolor, to capture his subjects and the drama of the moment. He describes his work as a “stream of consciousness ” method, never striving for photographic realism.Pezzutti’s formal training came during and after high school at Newark School of Fine and Industrial Art. He spent time in the U.S. Army during World War II and then returned to art school in 1945, before taking his first job as an illustrator at Charles Dallas Reach, a Newark advertising agency. His career progressed to New York City where he worked for years as an art director for Paris & Pert and handled the packaging line for Jane Parker products.Pezzutti married (the late) Gertrude Doherty in 1952, a fellow artist he met in art school. They were married for 59 years and had four children, three who are in art-related fields including portrait artist Carol; Diane, an art director in Atlanta; and Paul, a New York architect. While he was working in New York City, Pezzutti had a summer home in Monmouth Beach. The family decided they wanted to live permanently in Monmouth County so he built a home in Rumson and continued to work as a free-lance art director for such accounts as Smart Balance foods, a company he actually named for its developer Bob Harris. Harris, an octogenarian, is still a close friend and entrepreneur. He continues to work closely with Pezzutti in developing concepts and marketing approaches for new products.Pezzutti’s busy schedule still allows time for sailing. Living now on the Navesink’s north shore, he has a perfect view of the Monmouth Boat Club where he has been a member for 52 years and is one of the club’s oldest, but none-the-less most active, racing sailors. For many years, Pezzutti sailed in the small, one-design Albacore Class with his son Paul as crew. At age 61, Pezzutti realized the small, tender Albacore was for younger skippers. “It was just too tippy,” he says. Pezzutti switched to the Sanderling class – a larger catboat rigged boat – where he has been more than competitive, almost impossible to beat, for the past decade.Son Paul continues to crew for his dad and says Pezzutti, as would be expected, sails like an artist “always looking for the most wind on the water to achieve the closest tacking angle to get to the turning marks and finish line.”Pezzutti has outlasted the entire Sanderling Fleet as the number of boats sailing in the class has decreased for the past several years providing him with only about a dozen bridge and bay races to show his skills each season. Pezzutti’s Sanderling (No. 25) is 45 years old and – with a talented skipper – is still the boat to beat in the fleet. In its heyday, the bay race attracted nearly 20 Sanderling and cruising boats from Monmouth Boat Club and Shrewsbury Sailing and Yacht Club and Pezzutti took top honors or top three finishes nearly every time it was sailed.Pezzutti won Sanderling class honors from 2000-2009 and the trophy detailing those accomplishments has been retired; his record never to be equaled. As he looks forward to the years ahead, he has no plans to slow down. He will continue to work as an art director, paint, exhibit and sail. Pezzutti’s family and friends will honor his 90th birthday at a special party at the Monmouth Boat Club June 2. All fully expect Pezzutti to be art directing, sailing, and painting when they gather to celebrate his 100th birthday in 2022.last_img read more

Grab for bags could cause airfares to triple

first_imgAirfares would have to triple if aviation regulators were to re-certify aircraft to the reality of recent chaotic passenger evacuations. The evacuation of the burning American Airlines Boeing 767 at Chicago airport on Friday is a carbon copy of the accidents over the past few years with most passengers carrying their baggage with them.World’s scariest landingMH370: New evidence confirms spiral divePassengers are risking their lives, and those of fellow passengers, with the obsession of taking cabin baggage with them in an emergency.Aircraft are certified on the basis of all passengers off in 90 seconds with half the exits out of use. The stark reality is it takes three times longer – and sometimes more – with passengers slowing the process by grabbing bags.In the evacuation certification tests, the “passengers” are aircraft manufacturer employees who know the drill and they have no baggage. If regulators were to re-certify the long-range Boeing 777 to the reality of what actually happens, the 550 exit limit aircraft would have to be recertified to just 183 passengers – half its typical load. But for smaller aircraft such as the widely used A320 – and Boeing 737 – which has an exit limit of 195 and a typical configuration of 180 mostly economy passengers the impact would be devastating with a new limit of just 65.That would mean a tripling of airfares to make the aircraft economically viable. The impact on the industry and the world economy would be devastating but something needs to be done before hundreds die in an aircraft evacuation. And authorities are already stirring. Last year after a British Airways incident at Las Vegas the highly respected British Civil Aviation Authority issued a blunt warning to its airlines: Stop passengers taking their hand luggage off with them in an emergency evacuation! This is how passengers evacuated in the Airbus A380 certification test. The airline industry needs to take decisive action, perhaps by locking overhead lockers for takeoff and landing, to prevent passengers taking their baggage with them after a plane crash.Or an extreme measure would be to ban carry-on baggage other than a small bag such as a back pack.It is sobering to consider that it quite often takes 40 minutes to board a plane because of passenger/ baggage congestion. Not only does taking your baggage dramatically slow the process, there’s a distinct possibility that the bags with protruding metal parts will snag and then deflate the escape slides — rendering them useless. And in the scramble to get overstuffed bags out of lockers, passengers may be knocked out and the aisle blocked for precious seconds. There is also the very real prospect of passengers jumping on to the escape slide with their bag and knocking themselves or another passenger out, or even killing them.Duty-free alcohol is even more lethal because if the bottle breaks there is flammable liquid everywhere, not to mention broken glass. In a related development, passengers in these disasters are turning them into social media events by taking video and pictures and then trying to be the first to upload the images to Facebook or Twitter.Complicating matters airlines are not enforcing carry-on baggage limits for competitive reasons, says Steven Reed, National Industrial Officer with the Flight Attendants Association of Australia.“There is a very real potential for a catastrophe,” Mr Reed told AirlineRatings.com.The combination of passengers not listening, larger and heavier bags and more aggression and defiance from air travellers is a perfect storm, suggests Mr Reed.Tragically, it will take a disastrous evacuation with multiple deaths for the industry to act.last_img read more

Tinksky Wedding Tiara Rhinestone Decorated Bride Tiara Hair Barrettes Hairband Hair Clip Hair Loop : this is a beautiful tiara, its small so would fit a child

first_img I find myself a little torn when it comes to writing this review. 99, this isn’t a bad little tiara. But also torn because in my understanding of the word ‘tiara’, this is barely a tiara at all. I’ve owned tiaras before (sadly not diamond ones) and they sit on the head with nothing but the odd hair grip to keep them in place. It isn’t the case with this one – there is a loop at each end of the headpiece, through which i’m supposing you need to pass some elastic or ribbon, maybe?. It won’t stay on your head otherwise, so please be aware of this before ordering. * the tiara arrived almost totally flat, so extreme care is needed to gently shape it to fit the head. If you are too heavy handed here, you risk having some of the crystals pop out as they are just glued in. Lovely item but needs instructions. I bought this as a gag gift for my little sister who is our princess (she’s in her 30’s) it is shiny and blingy but i am genuinely at a loss as to how this should be worn. I wish it had come with instructions. It is not a circular crown that sits on your head. It has two holes at each end which presumably you put ribbon or elastic in. I also suspect it needs to be bend gently in order to sit on a person’s head. It came in a simple plastic bag (which you can see in the pictures). In essence a genuinely lovely item but really needed some instructionsi am sometimes sent products by sellers at a discounted price or on some occasions free of charge, in return for honest and unbiased reviews. This is one of those occasions. As i am required to write the review within a short space of time from receiving the item, i am unable to test for longevity, however where appropriate i will state whether i consider it will stand the test of time. Very sparkly, no hair clips for scalp. I just love how it sparkles. I purchased this for a friend for a fancy dress event. It looks very expensive, i think because it is so sparkly. We were a tad confused at how it sits on your head at first because as you can see from the images there is nothing for you to actually be able to slide into your scalp. Luckily my friend is a hair dresser so she is used to fiddling around with hair and trying to get hair accessories in the perfect positions. And once we back combed the hair and added some invisible hair slides it stayed in place and looked perfect. The tiara is rather wide, so i would assume this isn’t ideal for young children. It measures from one side to the other a total of 20cm. Nice tiara but some wobbly rhine stones. My daughter has wanted a tiara for a while now and so i decided to get this on for her when i came across it. It arrived simple packaged in plastic wrapping, but all was well with transportation. The tiara is nice and sparkly with plenty of rhinestones to add that bit of bling. The metal is plated – looks almost like the silver paint was sprayed on and the jewels then added afterwards. It is not immediately obvious from the pictures but this tiara needs some way of securing it to the head. At either end there is a small look through which you would need to put perhaps elastic or some strong grips in order to secure it in the hair. You would certainly need a lot of hair in an up do to disguise this. My daughter thought that the tiara was beautiful and felt very princessy with it on. (i put some elastic on it for the time being. Excellent quality design and look. I have received this product was well packaged and delivered on time many thanks. This product is silver, its made of white. This product is one size fits all and suitable for most women and girls. Using the alloy material lowers the cost while it has diamond look and hard texture. You will be able to use this product for numerous different occasions from weddings, engagements and parties, i have given it to my granddaughter from use in her dress up box she loved it and has not taken it off since she has been given it. I received a discount to give my review many thanks. Very pretty but no way to fix to hair. This arrived within three days coming in its own plastic bag in the amazon box, um i am not sure a plastic bag is enough to protect it as it arrived a little bent but luckily i was able to bend it back to the correct shape. It is silver with little sparkly gem stones and a one size. It is fairly heavy so when i put it on my head it went clonk straight on to my nose. I have tried to fix it with grips but its to heavy for that which a tiara for a wedding or prom wouldn’t be, it doesn’t come with come combs to attach so i have had to go with what others have done and use elastic which works but spoils the look. I received this at a discounted rate in excahnge for a trial and a review, the discount does not oblige me to leave a positive review but an honest one. This tiara is very pretty and sparkly which mu granddaughter loves as it is now elasticated and in her dressing up box as with out hair fixings it is not suitable for a wedding or prom but is very pretty. When it came i was surprised at how beautiful it was but in closer inspection i found that. I purchased this tiara for my sisters birthday. When it came i was surprised at how beautiful it was but in closer inspection i found that 3 gems were missing. It comes flat packed and you need to put an elastic hairband through the holes on each end. It is really pretty and a bargain for the price. If it wasn’t for the missing gems, i would have been super happy with it. It really is a gorgeous piece. When shaping it, i recommend to do it slowly. As it comes flat, shaping it harshly results in the loss of more gems unfortunately. When on, tiara sits well on the head. Pretty nice and standard product no complaints. This is a great little item which is made of alloy and rhinestones. This is a tiara which is in silver/white colour. This is ideal as a gift as well to young girls. This tiara is also suitable for school fancy dress party/shows. This is a single size suitable to all. The materials used are of good quality and this looks really nice. Generally very good value for money and everything seems great in terms of the quality and application of the product. I got this product for free in exchange of my honest and unbiased opinion. Good weight but not too heavy. Much better than i expected. Nearest copy to the girls of great britain tiara that i have found. To be used for a stage production but lovely for any bride. Adds some glitz and glam to any outfit. The tinksky wedding tiara arrived promptly and was well packaged. I purchased this tiara for my niece who was attending a fancy dress party and wanted to be a proper princess. As other reviewers have said, this style of tiara is designed so that you put pins through the little loops to grip it into place. However, like many others have suggested, i simply attached some elastic to the tiara (it was really easy to thread it through the little loops) to create something that was more of a head band. The tiara is made of metal and feels quite substantial. I was pleased to find that the tiara arrived already in the sort of “crown” shape and not quite as flat as had been reported be other people. It has a real sparkle to it given the fact that the metal is a silver colour and there are lots of sparkly stones used in the design. I had taken into account what other people had said about the stones potentially coming lose and therefore had some super glue on hand just in case, but it was not needed as all were in situ and seem to have stayed in place so far. Overall my niece was very pleased with the tiara and she received lots of compliments when she wore it. This is a really beautiful tiara, and although i am sure its used mainly for weddings i have it for a fancy dress costume. It is actually too good for this reason really as it is so well made and has really good quality stones. You can adapt the size by bending it slightly and it has two areas at the end of the tiara for you to grip it in place. Its quite heavy making it sit properly on your head. Any bride would look amazing in this and i would think feel very special. *********** disclaimer***********i was luckily chosen to receive this item at a reduced price for an honest and unbiased review. Perfect for the princess in your life; it looks lovely. This tiara is very beautiful. I got it for my granddaughter because she recently got a lovely, full length dress from amazon which she said ‘made her feel like a princess’ so, of course, a princess needs a tiara. Other reviewers have commented that a few of the stones have the tendency to fall out so i was not surprised when it arrived with one stone loose in the plastic but that is no problem and a drop of super glue fixed it securely back in place. She is going to wear the dress and tiara when she goes to parties and i know she will feel fantastic and pose endlessly. I will attach some photos in a few days. The alloy material makes this hair band light which is ideal for a little one and the ‘diamonds’ are very sparkly and look quite convincing. The tiara ends in two loops so i asked my very practical sister-in-law to attach some light brown elastic across them because my granddaughter has blonde/brown hair and it has held it in place with no problems even with the very lively activity of a three year old ‘princess’; just keep a tube of super glue handy. This tiara is ideal for the princess in your life whatever her age or even for yourself on a suitable occasion. I disclose that i received this product free or at a reduced rate in exchange for an unbiased review which i am more than happy to give. This is a wonderful tiara, its tiny so would match a baby. I was sent this item in exchange for an genuine review. This is a lovely tiara, its smaller so would match a little one or an up hair design and style, its extremely large which helps make it seem to be far more high priced than what it is which is good. Its has a lot of distinct sizes crystal rhinestones which when the light-weight captures them they genuinely do sparkle. I have a toddler daughter so i have put it in her place on a shelf for when shes older, and it looks fantastic as a decoration in her home. Also perfect for fancy dress or for any minimal female seeking to be a princess. Highly recommend this merchandise its beautiful and fantastic excellent.Hair loop (silver) from tinksky this is these a lovely hair tiara.  tinksky wedding tiara rhinestone decorated bride tiara hair barrettes hairband hair clip hair loop (silver)from tinkskythis is such a lovely hair tiara. I ordered this for my daughter. She worn this attractive hair clip on her birthday. She is searching like a princess. When i ordered it i imagined it was just like an any other hair clip. But, on arrival when i opened the box i am surprised its just like a diamond bride hair barrette. Its manufactured up higher good quality alloy material and crystal appear like a diamond. It fits perfectly on my daughter hair. Silver shade look definitely good.Really great and pretty, this is really substantial so our minor granddaughters were being let down it was to big for them but mother was delighted, holds on by way of using clips and it bends to in shape you head form, fantastic detail, pretty nicely manufactured. Please take note that i acquired this merchandise for no cost in return for an unbiased sincere assessment, which i truly feel i have offered. I am in no way connected to the vendor, manufacturer or amazon, and obtain no bonuses or penalties for the review i give, be it a excellent or poor evaluate. Any scores i give are based mostly on what i actually thought of the product. I hope you uncovered my critique valuable if any section helped please simply click ‘yes, i identified this helpful’ beneath this evaluation.A dazzling exciting accessory which is fantastic ample high-quality to be very significant. This is a really, really great dress piece. I acquired this for my mum to use at her birthday celebration, and i am delighted with it. It came packed in a basic way, i consider they’ve finished this so it receives through a letterbox and you never get one of people massively troublesome ‘you weren’t in’ messages. It wasn’t flat, but it will not quiet have the curve for a feminine head. I never know if its made to be formed but i did it really carefully and it was great. Dont just bend it or it may kink. You require to carefully induce the bend more than some kind of shaped jig. Some folks are questioning an eight quid tiara in the reviews. If your name is elisabeth and you reside close to hyde park you’ve probably received a acceptable basis for comparison. For the relaxation of us this is a definitely pretty piece, the crystals are huge and they have fantastic sparkle. I am going to be quite frank, i’ve seen ‘the authentic thing’ up near and in most environments this appears 95%. In photographs and so on you genuinely would not observe any big difference.Haha thats how my daughter discribed her experience soon after trying this out, its realy awesome, not at all affordable hunting or even built of plastic like a lot of these ive viewed, its strong and truly nicely created will last for many years i recon, a best addiction to that bridal hair do or even a thing for promenade, a amazing hold sake for a brides maid maybe or the bride for that make any difference its just one of people issues you could even move down to your very own daughter as her something borrowed its beautiful. So happy i bought to try it out, now i gotta wait around for my daughter to get married so i can gve it her for genuine.Fantastic small tiara for the price, cant go wront with this item. Welcome to my product or service assessment of this tinksky wedding tiara :do i actually endorse this wedding tiara – yesfor the price tag this is a very nice little tiara that sparkles in light-weight. It is good high quality and has not damaged in anyway following becoming used. The gems are wonderful and blingy and i love the style and design of this tiara. Its sits on leading of my head properly and i am pretty delighted with it. 5 star deserving item disclaimer – i would like to thank the seller for giving me this tinksky wedding tiara for no cost or at a discounted rate for my straightforward and impartial opinion. Make sure you nonetheless be assured that my merchandise overview does consist of specifically what i imagine about it. The wedding tiara came pretty well packaged in a amazon box and arrived very speedily and in excellent affliction all over. This tiara arrived in good time and was packaged well upon opening it looked. This tiara arrived in good time and was packaged well upon opening it looked stunning and sparkly and thought that it would be perfect for my daughters prom but when i took it out of the packet i noticed that some of the rhinestones were missing from it. There were a couple in the bottom of the plastic bag which can be glued back in possibly with superglue i am just hoping that my daughter will still like it and can get away with using it for her prom and that it does her justice cos she deserves it for all the hard work she has put in during the last year. I must say that if it had been complete this would be one of the best tiaras i’ve seen in a long time. I did get it at a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion and i do always try to be as fair as possible in every review i give. Beautiful tiara. Makes you feel like a princess. I needed a tiara for a ball that i’m going to, and as the chances are that i’m not going to wear it again i wasn’t going to spend a fortune on it, plus i know that once my daughter gets her hands on it, i won’t see it again anyway. . I received this one by tinksy which in the photos looks really nice. When it arrived i was a little disappointed that it came in a clear plastic bag. I wasn’t expecting a tiffany’s box for the money, but i thought it would come in better packaging and maybe be charged a little extra. Anyway once i got the tiara out it really is beautiful and well made, the tiara itself is quite heavy, but once you put it on it’s really comfortable and you don’t notice the weight. I did realise that you have to bend the tiara slightly to fit your head and after reading a few other reviews i realised that you have to do this slowly and gently or it will break, luckily for me mine didn’t break and i didn’t have to bend it to much either. There is two little hoops at the ends of the tiara which is where you attach it to your head. I used quite a few clips and tied a thin ribbon through each end and hid it in my hair, which helped as well. My overall view of this tiara is it’s well worth the price and it looks really good and not tacky, the stones sparkle like real diamonds and it looks really nice when it’s on. What a glitzy, blingy sparkling tiara. This tiara is so sparkly you couldn’t not get noticed. It’s quite wide, but you could very carefully manipulate it to fit a smaller head. There is no comb to secure it to your hair, but there is a loop at either end to secure ribbon or pins through. With an updo this would sit perfectly. I am impressed with it for the money. I received this tiara at a reduced price in exchange for an honest, unbiased review. This in no way influenced my review. Disclosure: *i work hard to leave detailed, helpful reviews. The tiara looks exactly like in the picture. It was perfect for my halloween costume. The only problem was that when i tried to bend it a bit to fit around my head it broke. But nothing that a bit of superglue couldn’t fix. Overall, i was satisfied with the product. (in the picture the stones are not that shiny, as there it is white spray on it). Not Bad for the PriceLovely item but needs instructions! Hair Loop (Silver) from Tinksky This is such a beautiful hair tiaraVery sparkly, no hair clips for scalp!Glitter and SparkleWhen it came I was surprised at how beautiful it was but in closer inspection I found that Tinksky Wedding Tiara Rhinestone Decorated Bride Tiara Hair Barrettes Hairband Hair Clip Hair Loop (Silver)Color: Silver, white.
